His expertise includes material procurement, component repair, stock management, tool calibration, and AOG crisis coordination, ensuring smooth and cost-effective maintenance operations.

He began his professional career in 2013 as a Technical Supply & Logistics Specialist at Nordwind Airlines, where he gained valuable experience in sourcing aircraft components, managing repairs, and coordinating with suppliers to optimize procurement processes. After three years, in 2016, he joined MGA Airlines as a Production Planning Engineer, taking on key responsibilities in maintenance scheduling, stock control, technical documentation, toll calibration.

Throughout his career at MGA, he played a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, tool calibration tracking, and resource optimization. In AOG situations, he actively coordinated with operations, logistics, and supply departments to ensure the rapid procurement of critical parts. Additionally, he managed hold item lists and planned corrective maintenance actions.

As the responsible engineer at stations in Thailand, Vietnam, Russia, and Egypt, he supported technical teams and ensured seamless maintenance planning for uninterrupted operations.

After more than a decade in aircraft maintenance and planning, Ali joined Level Aero in 2024 at Florida, leveraging his extensive knowledge and technical expertise to enhance operational efficiency processes. With a strong background in aviation supply chain management and planning maintenance, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and operational excellence to Level Aero and its customers.
