Dogus KARATAS has over 10 years of experience in Material Planning / Management and has worked in various roles within MROs and Airlines, including Man Hour and Material Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management. His key skills include engine parts and accessory repair management, as well as vendor management.

He began his career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at TD Team Aviation in 2013. There, he was baptized by fire, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of aircraft maintenance tasks. From 2016 to 2020, he worked as part of the Procurement Team at MaviGok Aviation. He was then selected to open a branch in Florida and manage the company's operations there. Florida's humidity was simply unbearable, so he decided to trade in his flip-flops for snow boots in Canada, where he took on the role of outside vendor management at a leading engine Manufacturer/ MRO.

In October 2024, Dogus joined the Level Aero family as a Supply Chief. He is now responsible for the company's component management and is committed to providing the best possible service to Level Aero customers.
