Olcay ONCE has over 10 years of experience in Technical Procurement and has worked in several different roles such as Logistics Specialist, Procurement Team Leader, Sales Team Leader, and Supply Manager. His essential skills include deep aftermarket sourcing, supplier/vendor relationship management, handling AOG, base maintenance, c-check technical part/material/chemical requirements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in Supply Chain operations.

He began his career as a Supply and Logistics Specialist at MaviGok Aviation in 2014. He continued as a Procurement Team Leader at MaviGok Aviation from 2016 to 2021, then as a Sales Team Leader from 2021 to 2022. He furthered his career as a Supply Manager at a Cruise Ship company until February 2024.

As of April 2024, he joined the Level Aero family as a Supply Manager and is the focal point for the company's supply management, with full confidence in delivering the best service to Level Aero customers.
