Onur GOKTEPE has over 20 years of experience in the aviation business, as a quality, safety, camo & security. Some of the core qualifications include but not limited to start up beginning of  airline, air taxi, general aviation with in aircraft market search, lease/asset management, strategic procurement, and MRO and Supplier relationship management and their components, trainings, operational activities. He began his professional career as an Aeronautical Engineer in an a charter airline in 2004. After 4 years, he started to work for Corendon Airlines. He worked for Corendon for 1.5 years than transferred to start up an air taxi which was Palmali Air founding all set ups for operational and technical departments, during which time he was promoted to a management role and Palmali Air was operating 11 business jet and 2 helicopters. Resigned as a deputy general manager after 7 years in 2017. In 2017, he joined MGA,  Airlines in Antalya. He held multiple leadership roles and responsibilities at MGA for a period of 5 years, during which time the company's fleet grew to 50 airplanes last of 2 years responsible for sister company which is ADO air and operating business jets and amphibious airplane and also commercial relations within management roles. After 18 successful years at aviation business, he decided to  leave his Deputy General Manager role in January 2022 and start Freelance Consultancy. As of January 2024, he joined to Level Aero family as Quality & Safety Manager, and he is the focal point for all authority approvals and setting up company systems.
